ၿပဳလုပ္ပံု
staffen mushroom & fresh mushroom ကို bland ( ေၾကေအာင္ၾကိတ္) လုပ္ပါ။ၿပီလွ်င္ parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, bread crumbs, black pepper ကိုေရာသမၿပီးထားပါ။ mushroom ၾကီးၾကီးကို ေရြးၿပီး bake လုပ္ပါ။နည္းနည္းႏြမ္းသြားလွ်င္ အရည္ညွစ္ထုက္ရမည္။
blanded လုပ္ထားေသာ mushroom ကို လက္ႏွင္႕ဆုပ္ၿပီး အရည္ညွစ္ထားေသာ mushroom ၾကီးၾကီေပၚသို႕ ေမာက္ေမာက္ေလး တင္ပါ။ grated Parmesan cheese တင္ၿပီးလွ်င္ bake ၿပန္လုပ္ပါ။ cheese အေရာင္ရလာၿပီး mushroom ပါ color တတ္လာလွ်င္ရပါၿပီ။
