ကၽြန္ေတာ္သိေသာ dressing မ်ား

Caesar dressing

ingredients

egg yolk 7pis

corn oil 1lit

mustard 1 tsp

vineger 200ml

chopped  anchovy 3 tsp

grated Parmesan cheese 500g

chopped garlic 1 tsp

salt and pepper 1 tsp

whisk all together in a bowl or shake it up in a jar.
