ကၽြန္ေတာ္သိေသာ sauce အေၾကာင္းမ်ား ၅


BOLOGNESE SAUCE
( bolognese in Italian, also known by its French name sauce bolognaise )
ingredients : minced beef,butter,olive ,oil, onion, carrot, garlic, celery, bay leaf, tomato past, tomato sauce, red wine, flour, olive oil, salt and pepper, cardamon stick. if u like u can add pork.sometime we can call meat sauce.
ဘိုလိုးနိစ္ ေခၚပါတယ္. bay leaf , cardamon stick ကို  olive oil နဲ႕အရင္ ဆီသက္.ၿပီးရင္ carrot,celery, onion ကို chop လုပ္ၿပီး ထည္႔...နည္းနည္းႏြမ္းလာလွ်င္ minced meat ထည္႔။ color chain လွ်င္  flour  နည္းနည္း ထည္႔၊ သမေအာင္ ေမႊ၊ ၿပီရင္ black pepper and salt , beef stock ရယ္ tomato past ထည္႔ပါ။ tomato peel ကို blander ႏွင္႕ ေမႊၿပီးထပ္ထည္႕။သမေအာင္ ေမႊၿပီးလွ်င္ ေရ water ထည္႔။ ၅မိနစ္ ၿခား တခါေမႊေပး..ကပ္တက္သည္။ေရနည္းနည္း ခမ္းလာလွ်င္ မီးေလွ်ာ႕ၿပီး မီးေအးေအးႏွင္ ၁ နာရီေလာက္ခ်က္ပါ။ 

မ်ားေသာအားၿဖင္႕ ေတာ႕ spaghetti pasta နဲ႕ တြဲစားတာမ်ားပါတယ္။
