prawns, fish tube, calamari,mussels

အဲဒါေတြအားလံုးကို ေရေႏြးပြတ္ပြတ္ဆူထဲ ပစ္ထည္႕။ အဲဒီေရထဲမွာ carrot,onion,celery stick ေတြကို Dice လုပ္ထည္႕ထား။ lemon wedge ပါ ပါပေစ။ အညီွနံ႕ေပ်ာက္ေအာင္လို႕။ း) ရရင္ ေရစစ္ၿပီး garlic,lemon juice,salt n pepper တို႕ကိုသမေအာင္ေမႊၿပီ seafood ေပၚမွာ ဆမ္း။ taste ၿမည္းၾကည္႕။ garnishing အတြက္ကေတာ႕ ၾကိဳက္တာလုပ္။ း)ဒီမွုာေတာ႕ tomato n lemon wedges , frisee lettuce, celery stick ေတြထည္႕ထားတယ္။
