ကၽြန္ေတာ္ႏွင္႕julienne
julienne vegs
julienne means : cut into long thin strips or sticks.
julienne ဂ်ဴလီရမ္ လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္ ။ 45 mm အရွည္ 2 mm ပတ္လည္ ရိွရမယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။ သူက ေနတဆင္႕ brunoise ဘရူႏြိားစ္း ကို လုပ္လို႔ပါတယ္။
