ကၽြန္ေတာ္ႏွင္႕ bread sauce


milk - 375ml
breadcrumbs - 25g
butter - 10g
small onion studded with a clove salt cayenne.
  1. infuse the simmering milk with the studded onion for 15 min.
  2. remove the onion, mix in the crumbs.
  3. season, correct the consistency.
  4. add the utter on top of the sauce to prevent a skin forming.
  5. mix well when serving.
Served with roast chicken and roast game.  ( from practical cookery )
ငယ္ငယ္က ေပါင္မုန္႕ႏို႕ဆမ္းကို သြားသတိရတယ္ဗ်ာ။ း) ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ဆီမွာေတာ႕ buffet မွာ roasted beef နဲ႕ ေပးတယ္။
