ကၽြန္ေတာ္ႏွင္႕Apple sauce

Apple sauce  1/4 liter 4-6 portions
400 g - cooking apples -1 lb
25   g - margarine or butter - 1 az
25   g - sugar - 1 az
  1. Peel , core and wash the apples.
  2. Place with the sugar , margarine or butter , alittle water in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Cook to a puree.
  4. Pass through a sieve
Served with roast pork, duck and goose.
