ကၽြန္ေတာ္ႏွင္႕ Ravioli

home made ေတြပါပဲ။ စက္လုပ္ နဲ႕ လက္လုပ္ ႏွစ္မ်ဳိးလံုးကို ရိုက္ၿပလိုက္တာပါ။ floor 2 kg , semolina 1kg, egg 1lit ကေတာ႕ dough ေပါ႕။ stuffing အေနနဲ႕ကေတာ႕ spinach, ricotta cheese, salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese ကို ေရာသမထားတာပါ။
