Spicy Goulash Soup Hungary Style

1.)      10 kg Beef Cubes cut in 1 cm x 1 cm cubes  ( beef Rump traditional Beef Shank)
2.)        8 kg white Onions cut brunoise
3.)        5 kg Potato cut in cubes 8mm x8 mm
4.)        1 kg Paprika Powder
5.)        2 kg tomato paste
6.)        Salt,
7.)        Black Pepper
8.)        Caraway Seeds  
9.)       Marjoram
10.)     Thyme
11.)    1 kg Garlic finely chopped  
12.)    1 Bottle Tabasco
13.)    Cheyenne pepper.
14.)    Beef Bouillon 8 liter     or seasoning
15.)    8 pc red chili
16.)     1 Lemon
17.)      500 gm Flour
18.)     1 Liter Oil


Cooking Method
Sautéed onions in  oil till golden brown, ,
add the beef cubes and roast till you get all the meat covered,
add paprika powder and garlic simmer for approx 5 minutes. ,
add all spices and sautéed  well ,
 add the tomato pasta and roast for additional 5 minutes ,
fill up with beef bouillon,
 add lemon, chili, Tabasco, Cheyenne pepper ,-
 and cook the meat till is tender
add the potato cubes and simmer for additional 5 to 8 minutes
look at the consistence , otherwise thicken it with flour water.

Accompanied

Served with Bread Basket , preferable German Laugen Bread or Pretzel.
Can be served also with a pair of frankfurter sausages 

Beverage            Recommended drink is Weizen beer , or Draft Beer

လက္လက္ထ ေနတဲ႕ soup တစ္မ်ဳိး ပါပဲ။ ;D  ျပဳလုပ္နည္းကို ဗီြဒီယိုနဲ႕ တကြ တင္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ ဟန္ေဂရီက chef ေတြ ကိုယ္တိုင္ ခ်က္ျပထားတာပါ။က်ေနာ္ခ်က္တာ မဟုတ္ပါ။ ;)
